At Escape Room Era, booking your Escape Game is extremely simple. All you must do is enter the respective page for the game you want to play, or by booking through Resova.

Every member of the team should arrive at least 15 minutes before the game, and be sure to sign your waivers digitally prior to arrival.

A participant may exit a live room escape game at any time if things get too real. We work hard to make everyone comfortable.

Our games last 60 minutes at maximum, with exception of The Hide, which lasts for 75 minutes at maximum. Expect to be at Escape Room Era for roughly 1 hour and a half in total.

Only for The Hide, as it contains mature content, but at the discretion of parents or guardians. Our other rooms, The Overgrown and Christmas At Franklin's can be played by a team of any age.

You can refund your tickets until 24 hours before the game. After that, refunding is no longer allowed. Contact info@escaperoomera.com for help refunding your tickets.

No Alcohol is allowed on our premises. Any person exhibiting intoxicated behaviors will be asked to leave the escape room without a refund
